Step 1: You Send Us a Message

What you need to do:

• Share how many clients you are starting with
• Mention the niche and location of your first client
• A full brief is not needed at this stage

What we do:

• Acknowledge your message within 4 hours
• Ask any clarifying questions if needed
• Move to eligibility review immediately

Timeline: Same day response, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT.

Step 2: We Confirm Eligibility

We check whether your client’s niche and requirements are a fit for our services.

What you need to do:

• Answer any follow-up questions we send
• Confirm the client’s niche and target market

What we do:

• Review the niche against our accepted categories
• Confirm acceptance or decline within 4 hours
• Explain clearly if a niche is restricted and why

Timeline: Same day as your initial message in most cases.

Restricted niches we do not accept:

• Adult content
• Cryptocurrency
• Gambling and betting
• CBD and cannabis
• Firearms and weapons

Step 3: NDA Is Signed

Before any client details are shared, we send a Non-Disclosure Agreement for signature.

What you need to do:

• Review the NDA document we send
• Sign and return it by email
• No solicitor required – it is a straightforward document

What we do:

• Send the NDA within 4 hours of eligibility confirmation
• Countersign and return a copy for your records
• Brief our team on confidentiality requirements

Timeline: Same day in most cases. Work does not begin until both parties have signed.

What the NDA covers:

Step 4: You Share the Brief

Once the NDA is signed, you send us your client brief.

What you need to do for link building:

• Share the client’s website URL and target page
• Confirm your preferred DR range
• Provide anchor text direction
• List any sites or topics to avoid

What you need to do for local SEO:

• Share the business name and address
• Confirm target keywords and service area
• Provide GBP manager access
• Share any existing citation information if available

What we do:

• Review the brief within 24 hours
• Flag any issues or gaps before work starts
• Confirm the start date in writing

Timeline: Brief review and start date confirmation within 24 hours.

Step 5: We Begin Work

Our team handles everything from this point. No involvement required from your agency.

For link building, we:

• Write content where required for guest posts
• Verify every placement before it goes into the report

For local SEO, we:

• Run a full GBP audit in Month 1
• Optimise categories, services, and profile information
• Begin citation submissions across priority UK directories

What you need to do:

• Nothing during delivery
• Respond if we have a specific question about the brief
• Approve any anchor text or target pages if pre-approval was agreed

Timeline:

• Link building: First placements delivered within 3 weeks

Step 6: You Receive the Report

When work is complete, a white-label report is delivered to your inbox.

What the report contains for link building:

Timeline: Reports delivered on the same date every month for ongoing packages.

Step 7: We Continue Monthly

From Month 2 onwards, the cycle runs itself.

• Approve any changes to the brief if required
• Raise any concerns before the next cycle begins
• Submit cancellation notice if needed (30 days written notice)

What we do:

• Continue all agreed monthly activity
• Deliver the report on the same date each month
• Flag anything unusual in the campaign proactively

To cancel:

• Send written notice by email
• 30 days notice required
• Current month completed and invoiced in full
• No exit fees, no penalties
